Mr. Rogan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received his BA degree in Organizational Communications. He has been active in insurance recruiting since 1987 and in M&A Search and Solicitation for Insurance Agencies since 1994. Mr. Rogan has written articles on both recruiting and sales which have been published in Underwriter's Report and Business Insurance Magazines, and has been quoted in Best Review. He also was a guest speaker at the Marsh Berry Insurance Agents Conference. He is a member of the PIA (Professional Insurance Association) of Los Angeles and Orange County, California, PLUS (Professional Liability Underwriting Society), and has been a guest speaker at various local insurance seminars. Mr. Rogan is also a past Board Member and past President of National Insurance Recruiting Association (NIRA), a national insurance recruiting association with over 60 member firms.

Janet Vincent, EVP & Eastern Region Manager
Ms. Vincent brings more than 24 years of insurance industry experience to The Rogan Group. She previously held senior level positions at several Mid-Atlantic Insurance Brokerages and possesses extensive Casualty experience in consulting, brokering, and client development in the insurance and risk management arena. Her previous accomplishments include developing captive solutions, self-insurance and alternative funding designs to a myriad of large national associations and complex Fortune 500 clients. Ms. Vincent has 10 years of Insurance Recruiting at The Rogan Group, Inc. and her experience is with many of the top agencies in the Eastern Region. Neil Huson, EVP New Business Development & Southwest Region Manager
Mr. Huson joined the Rogan Group after retirement from Marsh Inc. where he served as sales manager, healthcare practice leader and client executive. As healthcare practice leader he was responsible for insurance and risk management consulting to major healthcare providers and life science corporations. Mr. Huson served as branch manager and sales manager for Johnson & Higgins prior to their acquisition by Marsh Inc. In these positions he was responsible for profit center results, personal new business production and the leadership of the sales and client executive staff. Prior to management positions he served as casualty executive for major clients. Additional experience includes agency ownership and claims management. Mr. Huson has been in the insurance recruiting field for over eight years.

Alissa J. Kligman, Mid-West Region Manager
Ms. Kligman is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida where she received her BA in International Business. Alissa began her career in International Business in South Florida with American National Custom Brokers and Freight Forwarders. She developed her expertise in the insurance industry with Trade Insurance Services, Inc. where she became the Regional Vice President of the Southeast Territory. Alissa then went on to join The Roanoke Companies where she created and managed specialty insurance programs with Lloyd’s of London and underwriters in the Netherlands.

Ms. Kligman has been with The Rogan Group, Inc. for two years and heads the development of the Mid West Region. Jill Reamer, Northern California/Nevada Region Manager & M&A Search Director
Ms. Reamer began her career in the insurance industry as a corporate officer for a managed care company, CMG Health, Inc. as their chief counsel and leading corporate development officer. Ms. Reamer helped grow the company from a $20 million enterprise to $120 million national organization over the span of five years. Ms. Reamer has over 18 years of leading various transactions including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. She has enjoyed transactional work as both a retained professional advising corporations on deal structure and negotiation strategy, as well as being the leading corporate development officer for a managed care insurance company. Ms. Reamer has received her BA in business from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and has earned her JD degree at The University of Maryland, School of Law.

Mr. Levin has over thirty years of production experience in the L&H field, with carriers such as Lincoln National Life Insurance Company. Mr. Levin attended the University of Baltimore and entered the Insurance Search Industry in 2000.

Brian Hay, Recruiter & Sourcing

Mr. Hay brings five years of technical recruiting experience to The Rogan Group, Inc.  He was previously a recruiter with Synerfac Technical Staffing where he placed IT, Engineering, Architectural, Skilled Trades, and Technical Science staff.  Mr. Hay possesses a great deal of expertise in Internet recruiting and will act as an in-house resource in this area. He has a BA Degree from Virginia Military Institute.

Cynthia Carr – Recruiter - CT, Downstate NY and Northern NJ
Cynthia Carr joined the Rogan Group with more than 17 years Insurance Industry experience including the last few years working for a Top 20 national brokerage. During the course of her career, she spent 10 years as an underwriter of one of the largest “niche” programs in the nation. As Sales Manager of this large MGA, she developed extensive experience in recruiting, mentoring and managing new and seasoned agents and brokers nationwide. Her strong risk management skills allowed her to work closely with state and national associations, side by side with national carriers. She has presented at several state and national conventions, educating the members with risk management policies. Her background with specialty program business has given her extensive knowledge of the captive and excess markets.
