Top 50 National Broker seeks to recruit a Senior Benefit Analyst
This National Provider has a small EB operations in Northern California that has expanded tremendously during the past year. In order to meet the demands of its larger client base the President is looking for an experienced Senior Benefit Analyst who has experience in transacting with clients with 500-5000 employees.
This Agency is looking for an individual who can support a client team by providing strong quantitative analysis that can be provided to the markets for competitive bidding. The firm has many self-funded clients as well as Private Equity firms that need aggregate analysis for their roll up of portfolio companies.
In addition to the quantitative analysis function it is expected that this individual be able to mentor other junior analyst and be a viable team player.
The firm is looking for a person that is eager to be promoted and will quickly be escalated to client facing opportunity.
This position is for a high energy individual who can thrive in a fast paced roll up your sleeve environment.
