Inside Sales / Telemarketing Position
This is a newly created position, due to growth. Our client is looking for someone to develop leads and set first appointments for Producers. This position will be a key link in the marketing and sales process, and will be using a sophisticated software program to develop and track leads. Client would be most interested in someone who knows the commercial insurance and / or employee benefits language, can talk and build rapport on the telephone, and who is incentive driven. Must be personable and high-energy. Position would consist of salary plus commission.
Personal Lines Producer - Private Client Group
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales abilities, as well as verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable being responsible for the personal insurance of leading business, social and community leaders. The candidate must have good insurance knowledge and be highly organized. Firm represents top markets, and offers a strong support staff and service standards for high net worth clients. Compensation is flexible, based on any book of business that the candidate can bring with them (if any), as well as their personal production history.
