A National top 10 Commercial Agency is looking for a Team Leader/ Commercial Lines Division Manager. Duties will include both managing a team of account managers and other support staff as well as managing a small book of business. Our client is looking for an individual with experience in handling mid- market accounts and who enjoys being a part of a team at point of sale.
The right candidate should have the following experience:
· At least 8 years of progressive experience as a commercial lines servicing representative
· Five years of management experience
· Working knowledge of insurance agencies software systems, experience with Sagitta a plus
The specific duties required for this position include:
· Manage an assigned book of business of approximately $500,000 in revenues or about 20 cases
· Provide training and oversight and leadership to the other service managers within the department (approximately 16 staff members)
· Be a broker liaison and operations resource
· Planning and reporting for the department.
