The largest Northeast Florida privately held comprehensive insurance, risk management and employee benefits firm is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer.
The firm, $30m revenue, has a 50 year history of growth, profit. It is a Charter Member of the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers' (CIAB) Quality Insurance Congress. The ideal candidate will have proven AGENCY sales success with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of direct group BENEFITS selling experience, hold a bachelors degree, current FLORIDA licenses and show continued sales education activity. Candidates should have the social skills, BUSINESS skills and aptitude to work with BUSINESS owners and corporate EXECUTIVEs to close sales and retain BUSINESS.
Qualified candidates will posses oral and written communication skills, be good at solving problems, be organized and be prepared to submit to testing for sales aptitude.
