The position requires strong sales skills, leadership skills and the ability to build a sales team, add support staff, manage budgets and be the "face" of the agency in the business community.
Compensation will be a base salary (not draw) plus commission with added incentives based on the hiring and success of new producers.In addition there is a deferred compensation program that will provide for commission sharing for three yeaars following retirement.
A college degree is required and any professional designations is a plus.
