Experienced Group Account Executive Needed for San Francisco Office of National Retail Agency
Top 15 National Broker seeks to locate a proven Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their team in its San Francisco office. Our client is a leading retail insurance broker, with over 300 million in revenue, 40 offices in 21 states and over 1,000 staff members. They are looking for a Group Account Executive who is qualified to act as an agent of the producers on assigned accounts and who can direct the work of a service team. They are seeking candidates that have had experience with both self-funded and fully funded plan designs. The Agency’s focus is middle and upper middle market accounts, 200-3000 lives, with an opportunity to work in specialty industries such as public entity accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a mid-market book of business through supervision of employees on assigned service team; Receive and develop new business leads from Producers or identifies and develops cross-sell opportunities; Act as direct point of contact for client; Prepare and present to client renewal analysis Maintain market relationship with applicable carriers; and Serve as the technical expert and guide department members to resolve complex issues.
