Insurance Brokerage Producers Wanted – NYC Metro Area
The Rogan Group, Inc. – a Risk & Insurance Search Firm is currently conducting a project to locate Commercial, Employee Benefit and VIP Personal Lines Producers to work for a leading National Insurance Broker in the Northeast Region (CT, NYC Metro and Northern NJ). In addition to finding established insurance producers, our client is looking to locate seasoned sales professionals from other lines of business where the past experience might allow for a transition to insurance. These types of candidates might include (but would not be limited to) Software Sales Professionals, Payroll Sales Professionals, Commercial Loan Officers, Commercial Real Estate Sales Professionals, Professional Service Sales Professionals (Legal, Accounting), etc. In that situation, our client is prepared to train and support thru the transition to insurance sales.
Our client was founded to target the middle market business sector. Since inception, this insurance broker has completed 13 acquisitions and now generates over 330 million in annual revenue. This includes offices in 11 Northeastern and Mid West States. The goal is to be flexible enough to service the middle market sector but large enough to bring any resource needed. As a standalone brokerage, that has two of the World’s largest brokers as parent companies…we believe this has been accomplished. The Northeast Region of our client consists of 45 million in revenue, 200+ staff members and an average account size in the 10k+ revenue area. Niche sectors would include: Real Estate, MUNY, Aviation, Construction, Energy, Environmental, Entertainment, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing/Distribution, Non-Profits, Professional Liability, and Transportation. The region is 50% CL, 30% EB and 20% VIP PL. Our agency Profile would include:

· Compensation: Salary and Bonus Structure, with 40/25 new and renewal commission platform.
· Compensation provides cross sell commission (with renewal).
· Compensation also has a deferred comp plan for high performers and offers full benefits.
