GROUP BENEFITS ACCOUNT MANAGER - Compensation Package includes Salary PLUS Stock in the Firm!
Our client is a very large brokerage, with several offices located on the east coast, including southern VA, and in the state of NC. They are in a GROWTH mode, and are looking to add to their staff in their Commercial Lines AND Employee Benefits arena. All of the positions will require working one-on-one with their producers on larger, more complex accounts (Commercial Lines accounts are alternative risk, self insured, large deductible, etc and the Employee Benefits business consists of larger groups and self insured groups).
In each position, the person will work closely with clients, and along side a Sales Professional to understand clients needs, and design and implement products and programs accordingly. Responsibilities will include: collect, analyze and interpret data, develop plan design, market new and renewal business, analyze claims history, manage plan implementation, work with TPA’s, captive feasibility, and much more.
The client is looking for individuals with minimum 5 years industry experience with LARGE ACCOUNTS (Commercial Lines position will require previous Brokerage experience, Employee Benefits positions can possess Brokerage or Carrier background). Large complex account experience is a MUST for all positions.
Our client is a well respected, large broker with a stellar name in the insurance industry, who has been growing at a steady pace. They are looking for individuals with a college degree, or work experience equivalent. Experience with Applied Systems would be helpful, and any insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, CEBS would be preferred. Salary will be based upon experience.
