L&H Marketing Representative - California Market

Our client is a national, full-service benefits organization and Third Party Administrator (TPA) that provides a high degree of expertise in the design, communication and administration of employee benefits programs. Our client offers: Limited-Medical, GAP, Major Medical, Self-Funded Plans, Dental and Vision and Drug/RX through their brand of employee benefits products. TPA services that can be marketed include:  Section 125 Admin, COBRA/HIPPA Admin, Patient Adv, Billing and Payroll. Founded in 1968 and recently acquired by a leading U.S. private equity firm, the client maintains its corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida with additional locations in Newtown, Pennsylvania, Maryland and North Carolina. Over the next year, the client will be adding locations and enhancing our operational and technology capabilities to help grow our national presence, which in turn creates exciting career opportunities! As a Third Party Administrator (TPA). Because of the volume of our business, the client has preferred status with many carriers, which allows them to negotiate significant savings and develop unique programs for our clients.

At this time, our client is looking to hire a L&H Marketing representative in the California market (work from home). The newly hired candidate will be responsible for developing the agent network in the state and for marketing and selling the product line (outlined above).Our Client is offering a strong base salary, guaranteed salary increases and commissions based on number of lives. Our client's package also includes a health plan and 401k.


1. 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in the L&H field (carrier, wholesale, TPA or retail agent)

2. Ability to work from home and hit sales goals (product line listed above)

3. Established agent network in CA (position will have the ability to sell in entire state)

4. Written and oral communication skills

5. CRM and pipeline management skills

6. College degree preferred (advanced degree or industry designations a plus)

7. L&H License (or willingness to obtain)
